The first half of the week I was home sick. In the days that followed, it felt good though not yet at full strength to reconnect and pick up the loose ends. As soon as I was back, I focused on TotalFund: the colors received a complete makeover, and the custom blocks became more stable and reusable. It was gratifying to see the site grow more visually cohesive and technically smoother.
The limited time made priorities crystal clear. I discovered that, with focused sprints, I can still achieve tangible progress in a shorter workweek, although it sometimes felt harder because I wasn’t fully recovered. Colleagues encouraged me to take it easy. By outlining clear steps and scheduling breaks, I kept my work pace responsible.
While TotalFund is now nearly ready for approval, I also finalized the structure of my internship final report. All insights and design decisions are in place and ready for further elaboration. It felt great that the new TotalFund color set matched exactly the brand feel they had in mind an instant energy boost.
The toughest part was balancing recovery with productivity. My goal of getting TotalFund production-ready has largely been achieved, and my report is progressing on schedule. Next week, I expect to finalize the site, validate the content with the client, and have the report mostly finished while allowing enough room for rest if needed.
